5 Wedding Day Tips You Should Know

The 5 Things To Know For Your Wedding Day

Wedding planning can be so fun and exhausting at the same time! One of the most important vendors you’ll book is your wedding photographer.to help make sure your photos are the absolute best! As a luxury wedding photographer, with years of experience of helping couples get through their big day, I’m here to help!

  1. MINIMIZE YOUR LOCATIONS

You don’t want to spend too much time traveling from one location to another for photos. Trust your photographer to make any location look amazing even if you don’t love the background options at your venue’s location.

2. USE ONE MAKE-UP ARTIST

There’s bound to be at least one bridesmaid that prefers to do her own make-up, but uniformity is key in having flawless photos. The camera has an eye like no other. When hiring a make-up artist, it is key to ask if they are skilled in doing make-up specifically for photography.

3. FIRST LOOK SESSION

A first look makes for some of the most beautifully captured moments. One of the most memorable moments of the day is when the two of you see each other for the first time. All the nerves and anticipation disappear and suddenly it feels like there’s no one else in the world besides the two of you.

4. GOLDEN HOUR

If possible, schedule your couples’ session 30-45 minutes before sunset. This is the time in which the lighting is absolutely perfect for capturing the most stunning photos of the new Mr(s). & Mr(s).

5. SOMETHING TO TOSS

Tossing items in the air whether it’s confetti, flower petals, rice, glitter, etc. can bring an extra special touch to your photos. Whether it’s in a group with your wedding party, during your special first dance, or while you and your new spouse are departing into the sunset, it’s a beautiful touch you’ll love.
