Hi there! I’m Khia and as a luxury DC wedding photographer I serve the Washington DC, Maryland, & Virginia area primarily but I’ve had the privilege to travel the world photographing weddings. I have been fortunate to be named as one of the best wedding photographers in DC and Virginia by the Knot, WeddingWire and VA Bride magazine. When I’m not working you can find me traveling abroad leisurely with my friends or bouncing from the latest and greatest local brunch spots on the weekends with my sorority sisters! When I’m home I am very likely watching an episode of Grey’s Anatomy!
My love for travel and photography has made the journey of being a destination wedding photographer that much sweeter! While a lot photographers often turn weddings into photoshoots, my focus is on YOU and how to capture your love story as authentic to you as possible. Connecting with couples, investing in you as people first, and forming genuine lasting connections are my primary goals.
My team, we provide full videography and photography services. All wedding collections come with engagement sessions so that on the wedding day everyone is already comfortable with one another!
